HEPA/ULPA Side Access Housing
HEPA/ULPA Housings can be fabricated from grades 304 or 316 stainless, galvanized, or aluminized steel. These units are fabricated in standard and custom specifications. Units can be equipped with one or two side access doors and in multiple dimensions. The doors can be sealed with a neoprene gasket around the perimeter and polyurethane foam in the interior. All housing units are designed to house standard and custom size prefilters, HEPA Filters , and Carbon Filters.
ASHRAE Side Access Housing
The ASHRAE Side Access Housing can be made out of grades 304 or 316 stainless, galvanized, or aluminized steel. These Housings are available in a wide range of sizes to fit specific customer needs. This housing has a built-in pre-filter track and a final filter track. Units can be equipped with one or two side access doors and in multiple dimensions. Gasketing on the doors and between the modules help assure a leak-free performance.
V-Bank Side Access Housing
The V-Bank Side Access Housing can be fabricated from grades 304 or 316 stainless, galvanized, or aluminized steel. These housings come in two depths- 26-3/8” and 27-3/8”. Each unit comes with doors on both sides and a neoprene gasket. Door latches are fixed on each side. The V-Bank is designed to hold standard and custom prefilters. Overall widths and heights are available in two-foot increments.
Carbon Side Access Housing
The Carbon Side Access Housing unit is fabricated from grades 304 or 316 stainless, galvanized, or aluminized steel. Each unit comes with doors on both sides and a neoprene gasket. Door latches are fixed on each side. This unit can accommodate nominal ¾” or 1” carbon trays and is available in 36” depth. This Housing Unit is designed to hold standard and custom prefilters. Bulk Carbon Housing Units are available upon request.
Single Filter Housing (2” or 4” Filter)
This Housing Unit is designed to hold one 2” or 4” single depth filter. This single filter Housing Unit can be fabricated in grades 304 or 316 stainless, galvanized or aluminized steel. The overall depth is 8-1/2” or 12”. Every unit comes with doors on both sides and a neoprene gasket. Door latches are fixed on each side.
Bag-In/Bag-Out Filter Housing
The Bag-In/Bag-Out Filter Housing Units are fabricated from grades 304 or 316 stainless or aluminized steel. The access doors will be supplied with bag kits. All Housing Units are designed to house standard and custom size prefilters, HEPA, and Carbon Filters.
Isolation Dampers
The Isolation Damper Housings are fabricated from grades 304 or 316 stainless or aluminized steel. The pressure boundary is a 100% welded seal. Isolation Dampers can come in either a dish housing or a flat blade. The dish housing’s blade has a sharp edge that rests against a frame. The flat blade dampers blade has a silicone gasket seal.
