Mist Eliminator Frame
The Mist Eliminator Filter Frame is designed to hold pleated mesh media or knitted mesh. This frame is fabricated out of galvanized or stainless steel. Drain holes are equally spaced on all four sides of the frame. Dimples are optional in any size or thickness frame.
Pad Holding Frames
The Pad Holding Frame is made from 24-gauge steel that has a 1” x 2” grid inside made of welded wire. The convex design allows filter material to be “tucked-in” and around the entire perimeter of the frame. After tucking the filter media into the frame, this removes pressure from the grid and creates a positive, mechanical seal of the media against the frame. The Pad Holding Frame can be used with existing filter banks or slide-in filter tracks. They are available in nominal sizes and can be custom made.
Standard Holding Frames
These Holding Frames are designed for small banks, individual use, or interlocking formations. These frames are made from galvanized steel and are designed for all types of filters. Brackets and specialty clips are available for these frames.
Plastic Zip Frames
Plastic Zip Frames are designed to house polyester media. These frames are produced in custom sizes or in strips. These frames are used in heavily humid areas.
