Metal Washable Filters

Metal Washable Filters are environmentally friendly permanent filters that must be cleaned regularly and properly. The Metal Washable Filter must be completely dry before reinstalling. Available in MERV 1 thru 4.

A multi-pocket depth filter, Bag Filters are designed to provide optimal filtration efficiency while collecting high volumes of dust particles with a minimal effect on air flow. Bag Filters can be made from fiber glass or a synthetic media, both form a passive filtration barrier and allow the filter to be used in a broad range of temperature and humidity conditions. These filters are available in several depth and pocket configurations as well as sizes. Available in MERV 9 thru 15.

Manufactured from tough, high density polyester media that is resistant to high humidity, oil mists, and most organic solvents. These filters are available with standard headers or a self-sealing design. These filters can be equipped with Spor-Ax antimicrobial and VE3™ anti-viral additives. Available in MERV 9, 11, 13, and 14.

The High Temperature Pleated Filters are highly efficient and rated for temperature applications up to 500° F. Their sealed perimeter prevents air by-pass. Standard and custom sizes available for these aluminum frame pleated air filters. Available in MERV 9 thru 11

Antimicrobial Bulk Media consists of three stages of filtration, which allows deep dirt penetration, extended service life, and all the benefits of depth loading. This media is manufactured with antimicrobial compounds to control the growth of mold, mildew, airborne viruses, and other contaminants on the filter. The use of continuous filaments in the manufacturing process eliminates fiber break-off. Bulk Media can be provided in any width, up to 90” wide. Available in MERV 9 and 11

Antimicrobial Panel and Link Filters are 2-ply, 3-ply, and 4-ply layers of polyester media that is heat welded over an internal welded wire frame that provides rigid support. Dustlok® media is manufactured with SPOR-AX® antimicrobial to effectively control the growth of mold, mildew, algae, and fungi on the filter media. Individual panels and links are available in many sizes and configurations. Also available in the high efficiency multi-wedge MERV 13 & 14 Bag Filters. Available in MERV 7 thru 11

The ULPA Filter can remove up to 99.9995% of 0.12 micron and larger contaminants (dust, pollen, mold, smoke, etc.) The ULPA Filter is more efficient than a HEPA Filter in trapping smaller sub-micron particles. Produced in 6” or 12” depth frames and supplied with no header, single header, or double header designs. Can be produced with a gasket or gel seal. Available in MERV 20.

The High-Capacity HEPA Filter’s mini-pleat design allows this HEPA unit to perform where increased air flow capacity is required, and where space is a premium. Its high surface area design provides the maximum amount of effective filter media area. Manufactured for environments requiring 99.97% or 99.99% efficiency. Produced in 6” or 12” depth frames and supplied with no header, single header, or double header designs. Frame styles come in galvanized steel, aluminum, or stainless steel. Can be produced in with a gasket or gel seal. Available in MERV 17 or higher.

High Temperature HEPA Filters are manufactured with a special sub-micron glass fiber filter media designed for applications encountering temperatures up to 500°F. Manufactured for environments requiring 99.97% or 99.99% efficiency. Standard frame material for this filter is stainless steel with high temperature gasket seal. Available in MERV 17 or higher.

V-Cell HEPA Filters (99.97%/99.99%)

The V-Cell HEPA Filter is a mini-pleat design available in gasket seal or gel seal style filter, designed to operate at 500 FPM with an average initial resistance of 1.00 W.G. Manufactured for environments requiring 99.97% or 99.99% efficiency on 0.3-micron sized particles. This filter is designed to be environmentally friendly and easily disposable. Its high surface area design provides the maximum amount of effective filter media area. Standard frame material is plastic and anodized aluminum. Available in MERV 17 or higher.

Bulk carbon is offered in a wide variety of various grades; granular, powdered, and pelletized materials. Applications consist of odor control, pollution abatement, wastewater, drinking water, and molecular filtration to a variety of industrial and commercial processes. We offer cost-effective environmental remediation/recycle programs.

Refillable carbon trays provide dual filtration of particulate and odor adsorption. They are available for vapor or liquid phase filtration.
Each panel is designed for easy replacement of the carbon media and are offered in both standard and custom sizes to accommodate a variety of system needs. Carbon media options are available based on specific applications or system requirements. Standard frame construction shall be 24-gauge non galvanneal steel as well as stainless steel.

A Carbon-Pleated Filter is designed to promote and improve indoor air quality through odor control. These carbon-loaded pleated filters clean the air by removing airborne molecular contaminants present at levels less than one particle per million. Available in MERV 7 and 8.

This filter is a carbon-loaded Rigid Box Filter engineered to provide medium efficiency combined with odor control. A high surface area-to-depth ratio provides the maximum amount of effective filter media in areas of minimum in-line duct space. Available in MERV 7 and 8.

Oil Mist – We offer a complete range of mechanical and electronic air filtration devices that can be configured to meet your requirements. Applications include metal working, machining, grinding, coolant mist, welding fumes, plasma and laser cutting, and other industrial contaminants. Units can be hung from the ceiling, floor mounted, stationary, portable, or mounted onto your manufacturing equipment

String Wound & Cartridge Filter Elements – We represent one of the largest manufacturers of depth/string wound cartridge filters. These filters are used in liquid filtration applications such as drinking water, photographic chemicals, beverage processing, plating operations, as well as other industries. The cartridge filters are offered in cotton, fiberglass, nylon, polyester, polypropylene, and rayon. We also offer filter products for compressed air and processed solutions, as well as filter housings for the filter elements.
