Modular duct systems excel in dust collection, welding fume collection, supply/return air, and extraction/exhaust applications. When processes or requirements change, you can reconfigure air distribution without a complete system replacement. The modular approach also simplifies maintenance, as technicians can isolate, remove, or replace sections independently.

Specialty Filtration

Thin-Mat® Filter Machines

Some applications demand specialized filtration technologies. Our Thin-Mat® Filter Machines are ideal for medium-efficiency applications and use spun-bonded filter media to trap contaminants like fine dust and lint. They are engineered for operation in high-moisture, high-temperature (up to 350 °F), and high-static (up to 3″ w.g.) conditions.

Selection depends on the particle sizes you must remove. Most commercial HVAC systems typically use MERV 8–13 filters. Food processing often requires MERV 14–16 to prevent microbial contamination. Pharmaceutical manufacturing demands HEPA filters or MERV 17–20 filters.

How often should I replace my air filters?

Replacement intervals depend on contaminant loading and operating hours. Most HVAC filters for commercial use last 3-6 months. Industrial environments with heavy loads may require monthly changes.
