Specialty Filtration

The Thin-Mat® Filter Machine is a special automatic roll-type unit which uses spun-bonded medium efficiency Filter Media for contaminants such as lint, fine dusts, and other unusual contaminants. This machine is designed to operate in high temperatures (up to 350° F), high moisture conditions, as well as high static (up to 3” w.g.), and high velocity conditions (up to 1,000 FPM). The Thin-Mat® can be used as a pre-filter for high efficiency filters, or as a second stage filter downstream from dust collectors.

The Air Besto® is a portable three-stage filtration device designed for asbestos removal. The first stage is the Thin-Mat Filter Machine® with special roll filter media with up to 3,000 hours of filter life. This allows the first stage servicing from the contaminated side. The second stage is a 90% ASHRAE high efficiency Bag Filter. The third and final stage, is a 99.99% high-capacity HEPA filter. The Air Besto’s® two-piece modular design makes it easy to set-up, take down, and transport.
