Greensboro, NC - Filtration Technology, INC.
has reported that the BL100, a filter media developed for the Thin-Mat Filter
Machine, is delivering air to yarn preparation areas at less than 25 micrograms
per cubic meter levels. Tests conducted by Health & Hygiene, which is an independent
testing firm from Greensboro, NC, found the levels ranging from 24 micrograms
in air leaving the Thin-Mat Filters at Hickory Spinners in Longview, NC, which
is a division of Shuford Mills.
